The Sound of Music
December 29- January 2, 2016

Celebrate the new year with one of the greatest musicals of all time this December and January at the Adrienne Arsht Center. Directed by three-time Tony Award-winner Jack O’Brien, The Sound of Music captures all of the harmonies of the story made famous by Julie Andrews’s Academy Award-winning 1965 film adaptation..

The Nutcracker
December 17-24, 2015

A magical childhood tale and Tchaikovsky’s iconic score have made The Nutcracker the most popular holiday production in the world. Head to the Adrienne Arsht Center this December to check out the Miami Ballet’s rendition, which will run for eight straight nights.

Jazz Roots: Salsa Summit

Join legendary salsa pianist Eddie Palmieri and percussive-masters from the Pete Escovedo Orchestra for a night of hip-shaking fun at the Salsa Summit. Known as the Capital of Latin America, Miami is the perfect place to host an evening of sounds from Grammy-winner Palmieri and company.
