Resort Fee

Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes:

  • Guest WIFI Internet access
  • 2 guaranteed beach chairs per day
  • Plush beach towels
  • Fitness Center access
  • 10% off dinner at the Hotel restaurant (excludes alcoholic beverages)
  • Local and Toll Free Calls (no access fees)

Family Children

Children under 13 are complimentary in-room with paying adult. Triple / Quad Occupancy rooms: $20 per person additional charge.

  • Minimum Age to Register – 21
  • Check-out Time – 11:00 am
  • Early Departure Fee – one night’s room & tax
  • Check-out after 11am = 50% of rate
  • Check-out after 4pm = 100% of rate
  • When staying overnight in/out privileges provided


Cancellation Policy – Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you need further assistance, call the hotel directly or contact customer service. Alternatively, you can cancel your reservation online.

  • Unfortunately, over-sized vehicle parking is not available on property.


  • All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% smoke – free.  A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Package Handling Fees

Because of the exceptionally large number of packages the hotel receives on a daily basis, we ask that you include your name and date of arrival in the address label.  There are usually two address lines – one should include the name under which you made your reservation with ‘guest’ after it, and the other your arrival date, i.e. HOLD FOR GUEST John Doe / Arrival: 10/20/10 / Cell number 555-555-5555.  Our Front Desk department will receive the package and hold it for you but handling fees do apply for items. Please find the complete handling fee below.   Once you’ve checked into the hotel, call Guest Services and the agent will have the package delivered to your room.  If storage exceeds 5 days, there will be a $25.00 per item per day charge.

Package handling fees may be charged to a guest room, master account, or billed to a credit card. Fees are applied on a per item basis.

The anticipation is building, join us in the excitement! Starting December 1, 2020 for approximately 30 days, we are partnering with the Florida Department of Transportation to revitalize our hotel’s parking garage entrance just for you! Sincerely, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, although of course rest assured, our team has planned and is excited to continue to meet and exceed the ideal Miami Beach experience you’ve come to expect from us. We will continue to provide valet parking as available and because the work is on the front side of the building, we don’t expect any interruption to your beach or general facilities experience.
